Boy how soon does everybody forget. Was maybe about a decade ago maybe a little bit longer that Joe Biden and the vice president threatened to withhold 1 billion congressionally approved and budgeted federal aid to Ukraine unless they fire the prosecutor that Joe Biden named. When the Ukraine president questioned it he said call the president of the United States Barack Obama to find out came back and the Ukrainian government agreed to be bullied by Joe Biden by firing that prosecutor so that they can receive $1 billion from the USA.
